Fantastic location near shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or explore local flavors. The spacious One-Bedroom Suite with a balcony includes a little kitchen area, providing convenience for snacks.
Had issues with cleanliness in the room, particularly with grimy bathroom fixtures that felt overlooked. The air conditioning wasn't as effective as hoped, with one room lacking it entirely and another struggling to turn on. The noise from the street might be bothersome for light sleepers, as it can disrupt the peace during the night.

cozy, cozy, cozy
It felt like a warm hug after a long journey! The spacious room was perfect for unwinding, with a good balcony view that was just amazing. They even played Spanish music for our group, how thoughtful is that?
100% recommend 💕🏨

I enjoyed the excellent location of Hillel 11, right in the heart of Jerusalem. It’s a quick 10-minute walk to the Old City and close to shops and restaurants. The One-Bedroom Suite I stayed in was spacious enough for my needs, and I appreciated having a small kitchen area for making coffee. However, there were some issues that soured my experience. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dust and hair found during my stay. Breakfast wasn't at the hotel, which was a hassle since it required a 10-minute walk to another establishment. Also, the key mechanism on my door was quite faulty, resulting in struggles to get in sometimes. Additionally, the noise from the doves at dawn was quite disruptive. I faced a rather rude wake-up call when the manager hammered on my door before check-out time. While there were good aspects, the cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement.

Good value for money with a comfortable one-bedroom suite featuring a nice balcony and a great view. The location is central, just a short walk to the Old City, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, cleanliness was an issue, as I encountered stains on furniture and bedding, along with maintenance problems like water overflow in the bathroom and a broken elevator during my stay.

The one-bedroom suite with a balcony was pretty spacious and had a cozy vibe. The bed was comfortable, which was nice after a day of exploring. However, the bathroom could really use some attention. it had a lingering smell and the shower had drainage issues causing some flooding. Cleaning could definitely improve, as I noticed some marks and dirt on the walls. When I arrived, I had to wipe things down a bit before I felt okay using it. Overall, the room had potential but needs better upkeep.

would absolutely stay here again
Really liked the one-bedroom suite with balcony. It had a comfy bed and a nice separate living area, kind of like a tiny apartment. The reception staff was super engaging and honest about breakfast not being convenient for my mom. Great location, just 10 minutes walk from the Old City, and near private parking.

Good location near attractions.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, I was given a room that was not as advertised, with a tiny bed and a lack of cleanliness. The staff was unhelpful when I tried to address these issues, and it felt like they were more concerned about their policies than my experience.
