Location, clean & big room, very helpfull personnel
Room was not ready although we came at 8 p.m. (it was shabbat) Cold in the room & very cold floor, heating by airconditioner, which was not enough to warm bedroom & bathroom. Not a place for winter trips with kids.

Modern appartments in the middle of th city, lots of bakerirs and restaurants, walking distance to old city.
Remember to ask for plates and cutlery, they have but its not in the room. We only found out when we checked out.

The room was airy and new-fashioned with smoke detectors for my safety. Location: the hotel was short walk to the grocery store, Very close to nice coffee shops, and the Israel museum on foot. Pizzeria Pizza Hut was located 5 minutes walk away.

Staff were great - exceedingly helpful. I arrived at 1am after a wedding and they met me and showed me to my room. Room very clean and Hillel is ideally located.

The breakfast offered plenty of local meals. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good! Moreover, we parked the car nearby. It was in an excellent and perfect location near Beit Avi Chai.

The location, and balcony. Good service from the staff.
The cleaning, not good enough for us with a young child.

Fantastic location near shops and restaurants. The spacious One-Bedroom Suite with a balcony includes a little kitchen area, providing convenience for snacks.
Had issues with cleanliness in the room, particularly with grimy bathroom fixtures that felt overlooked. The air conditioning wasn't as effective as hoped, with one room lacking it entirely and another struggling to turn on. The noise from the street might be bothersome for light sleepers, as it can disrupt the peace during the night.

A gem in Jerusalem. They really took great care to give us the best service. This is really a beautiful new modern apt in the center of town. We were given a free upgrade since it was available.

The hotel had a magnificent and perfect location to everything in center of town. My suite was well furnished and well-appointed with sofa bed...
The room had quite bad views.
